  • No Image Data: All image processing, color picking, and modifications are performed entirely locally on your machine. We never upload your images, photos, or visual data to any servers.
  • No Telemetry or Analytics: We do not collect usage behavior, feature interactions, or track your clicks.
  • No Crash Reports: We do not automatically send crash logs or error reports to our servers.
  • No Account Information: Color Pick Master does not require you to create a user account, so we do not collect names, phone numbers, or passwords.

2. Information We Process for Licensing

To ensure the legitimate use of Color Pick Master and manage software trials, we use a third-party licensing service called KeyAuth. When you activate or run the software, the following technical data is processed:

  • License Key: The authorization code you use to activate the software.
  • Hardware ID (HWID): We collect your Windows User Security Identifier (SID) to generate a unique Hardware ID.

How this data is used: This information is transmitted securely to KeyAuth servers solely for the purpose of device binding, validating your license status, and managing trial periods. It is not used for profiling or marketing purposes.

3. Local Data Storage

For your convenience and so the software functions offline or across sessions, certain data is cached locally on your device:

Your License Key is stored as plain text in the software's installation directory and within the %LOCALAPPDATA% folder on your Windows system.

Please note: Because this data is stored in plain text locally, you are responsible for maintaining the physical and digital security of your own device.

4. Third-Party Services

As mentioned, we utilize KeyAuth for digital rights management. Their processing of your License Key and HWID is governed by their respective privacy and security policies. We do not share your information with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our software or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on our website with a revised "Effective Date."
